2013 SOFTBALL

It's about time for softball season again.  Registration is right around the corner so watch for forms to come home from school soon.  We will add the online registration link as soon as it's all set up and running.

If you know of any businesses wanting to sponsor a team or purchase a field sign please have them get in contact with a board member.  The more sponsors we have the lower we can keep the fees for all the girls wanting to play.

We will have SNAG-IT again this year and are looking for more ways to get the word out and more kids involved.  Please contact a board member if you have ideas.

NGSA board is always looking for more poeple to join the board.  If your interest or just want to see how things are ran please let us know.

All games for tonight were cancelled due to rain.  They have been rescheduled for Sat june 2nd at 9 am.    8U game is at 10 AM.

Rain location is the YMCA in Newton (1701 S. 8th Ave. E.)

Awards Ceremony/Pool Party – 6:00 – 9:00 @ Maytag Pool/Park (301 S 11th Ave)

Teams & Schedules

Softball teams have been picked.  We are working hard on getting the practice and game schedules done. 

League Coordinators will be calling the coaches soon to let you know you have been picked to coach a team & remind you that you need to attend the coaches meeting on Friday, April 13th. 

Players, you will start getting calls from your coaches after Friday, April 13th.  Softball practice is right arounnd the corner!!
